QUEZON CITY--Five games into his PBA career, Chris Koon will be wearing blue again.

The former Ateneo standout is set to join Magnolia after a straight-up trade with Titan Ultra was approved on Tuesday, as first reported by Tiebreaker Times.

In exchange, the Giant Risers acquired Aris Dionisio from the Hotshots.

Koon, the fourth overall pick in last month's draft, has been a solid contributor for Titan Ultra, averaging close to eight points and four rebounds per game.

However, looking to add some veteran presence to back up top players Joshua Munzon and Calvin Abueva after a dismal 1-4 start, the team decided to take Dionisio.

For Magnolia, on the other hand, it gets another young gun to join Zav Lucero, Javi Gomez De Liano, Jerom Lastimosa, and Peter Alfaro while waiting for sixth overall pick Yukien Andrada to finish his NCAA campaign with San Beda.

Koon will make his first game as a Hotshot on Halloween night when they take on the Phoenix Fuel Masters at the Ynares Center 1 in Antipolo.

Meanwhile, Dionisio will debut as a Giant Riser on Nov. 5 when they clash with the Blackwater Bossing at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium in Manila.
