MANILA––Janti Miller and Bryan Sajonia took over for San Beda as it reasserted its mastery of College of St. Benilde for a 91-72 win in Game 1 of their NCAA men's basketball semifinals on Tuesday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

Both scorers made up for more than half of the Red Lions' total points as they led their gradual breakaway from the Blazers.

Miller led San Beda, which can complete the sweep of the best-of-three series on Friday at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay, with 29 points on 10-of-17 shooting, nine rebounds, and one assist.

Sajonia tied his season-high with 26 points on 9-of-15 shooting, including 5-of-8 on threes, five rebounds, three assists, and one steal.

Ian Torres led CSB with 18 points on 6-of-11 shooting, one rebound, two assists, and two steals.
