BINAN--Quezon reclaimed homecourt advantage in the MPBL South Division Finals after stifling Biñan, 66-56, on Monday night at the Alonte Sports Arena.

LJay Gonzales exploded for the Huskers in the most crucial time as they also moved one win closer to a return trip to the national finals.

Gonzales finished with 26 points on 8-of-14 shooting, six rebounds, six assists, and two steals without a turnover for Quezon.

The deciding moment, though, came in crunch time when the team finished the game on a 10-2 run just when Binan, down 11 after the third quarter, came to within two midway through the fourth.

Gab Banal added 11 points, three rebounds, three assists, and one steal for the Huskers.

Pamboy Raymundo and Kenny Rocacurva each scored 11 markers for the Tatak Gel, who lost a home game as Game 4 of the best-of-five series, initially scheduled to happen at the Laguna Sports Complex in Sta. Cruz, Laguna, was moved to the Playtime FilOil Centre in San Juan City, still on Wednesday night.
