MANILA--Ryukyu completed a shutout of Macau in Group B action in the EASL with a 102-79 rout on Wednesday night at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

In the second time that the Black Bears had to play a listed home game in the Philippines, the Golden Kings delivered them a sound beating, slowly pulling away in the final three quarters after a tight first period.

Jack Cooley and Alex Kirk each scored 25 points for Ryukyu, which strengthened its hold of second place in the group at 3-1, a half-game ahead of Meralco.

Only the top two teams in each group will advance to the playoffs.

Ye Runfeng led Macau, which will end its EASL season winless in six starts, with 23 points, one rebound, one assist, and three steals.

The Golden Kings' win capped a 3-0 day for the Japan B.League squads in the EASL on Wednesday night.

At the Changwon Gymnasium, Alvark Tokyo turned back the Changwon LG Sakers, 88-81, behind 27 points from Marcus Foster and another 24 from Sebastian Saiz.

Meanwhile, at the Brex Arena in Utsunomiya, the home team banked on a hot first half to hold off Hong Kong Eastern, 83-74.
