'Pandora' officially enters transfer portal, leaves Falcons PH

MANILA--Vincent "Pandora" Unigo has left Team Falcons Philippines, as a new adventure awaits the longtime sixth man.

The club announced on Saturday night that it has parted ways with the 23-year-old EXP laner, which initially puzzled MPL Philippines fans since he was not in its Season 16 lineup.

"After some time away for personal reasons, we have mutually agreed that it is time for Pandora to begin his next adventure. Being the 6th man takes a special kind of heart. Pandora was the one who stayed ready and kept our spirits high regardless of the pressure. He brought so much more than just skill to the flock; he brought a brotherhood that we will always cherish," Falcons PH said in a statement.

Contrary to what many thought, Unigo was only placed on Falcons PH's inactive list for the previous season while opening the spot for then new signing Edferdz "Ferdz" Fernandez.

This time around, Unigo officially enters the global MLBB pro circuit transfer portal.

"We are incredibly grateful for every moment he spent with us. Pandora, we wish you nothing but success and happiness as you find your new path. You will always be a part of the Falcons family," the statement concluded.

Unigo was absorbed by Team Falcons into its then newly-formed MPL PH squad along with his cousin Rowgien, also known as "Owgwen", and the rest of the old AP Bren "Death 5" when it entered the league last year for Season 15, following the end of both clubs' partnership at the end of Season 14.

Unigo has long been the backup of David "FlapTzy" Canon, and his departure opens an opportunity for Unigo to finally showcase his true prowess.
