Jerrick Ahanmisi continues stellar showing as Terrafirma opens PBA Comm's Cup with stunner vs Titan Ultra

MANILA—Jerrick Ahanmisi pulled off a sequel to his stellar All-Star Friday by leading Terrafirma to a 112-82 shocker against Titan Ultra to open the PBA Commissioner's Cup on Wednesday night at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

Ahanmisi, who ruled the obstacle challenge and three-point shootout in Candon, fired 26 points on 10-of-20 shooting, one rebound, seven assists, and five steals as the Dyip pulled off an early upset to start their campaign in the mid-season conference.

Ali Mubashar led Terrafirma with 27 points on 11-of-20 shooting, including 4-of-8 from three-point range, 11 rebounds, and one block.

Joseph Eriobu put up a solid 17 points, seven rebounds, and two steals in his first game with the team, while Geo Chiu had six points, all on free throws, 14 rebounds, and one assist in his much-awaited PBA debut.

Michael Gilmore led Titan Ultra with 33 points, 13 rebounds, two assists, and five steals, while Joshua Munzon added 32 points, three rebounds, two assists, and three steals.
