MANILA--Terrafirma remained shockingly red hot early into the PBA Commissioner's Cup as it added Blackwater to its list of victims through a 99-88 win on Wednesday night at the Ynares Center 1 in Antipolo.

Still inspired following a huge upset against the Converge FiberXers on Saturday night, the Dyip quickly raced to a huge lead against the Bossing in the first quarter, eventually finishing the period ahead by 18, 33-15.

Blackwater crawled back in the second quarter and cut the lead down to one, 50-49, at halftime, but Terrafirma restored order in the second half and never looked back from there.

Despite somehow getting stifled at times by the Bossing's defense, leading to six turnovers, Ali Mubashar still led the way for the now 3-0 Dyip with 22 points on 6-of-12 shooting, 23 rebounds, three assists, and one block.

Paolo Hernandez played arguably his best game as a pro as he added 20 points, five rebounds, three assists, two steals, and two blocks.

Sedrick Barefield fired 25 points, five rebounds, and three assists off the bench for Blackwater, which dropped to 0-2.
