MANILA--In a surprise 180-degree turn, Secret became the third and last DOTA 2 team to accept the direct invite to the ESL One Manila tournament in April.
In its official release on Friday, ESL said that Secret retracted from its previous decision to skip ESL One and instead join previous direct invites EHome and Liquid at the Mall of Asia Arena.
The said announcement gives Secret skipper Clement Ivanov his fifth straight ESL One tourney having played twice each in the previous editions in Frankfurt and New York.
Secret, fresh from a runner-up finish in the Frankfurt Major, will be represented by Ivanov, Jacky Mao, Omar Aliwi, Rasmus Flipsen, and Johan Astrom.
Secret could actually be in the Philippines twice this year as the club already expressed its intent on joining the Manila Major in June.
