Durham blasts Camp David as NBTC Day 2 commences

MANILA--Durham Crossover vented ire on Camp David and scored a 102-68 rout in the first game of Day 2 of the NBTC National Finals at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay on Tuesday.

A day after losing hold of a lead that the team held for most of the game against Malayan and eventually bowing down, Durham made sure Camp David will not get an inch closer as the Canadian side limited the Kiwi squad to only 10 points in the first quarter and 26 by halftime. Durham had 57 after 20 minutes.

Evyn Santiago led Durham with 19 points, four rebounds, five assists, and one steal, while Chew Daves added 18 points, 10 rebounds, one assist, and one block.

Rob Ocampo also had a double-double for Durham with 10 points and 10 rebounds alongside two assists, three steals, and one block.

All of Durham's players scored at least four points, while they also assisted on 25 of 41 made baskets and committed only nine turnovers.

Tyler Martin tallied 21 points, four rebounds, and two assists for Camp David, but he committed five of the team's 28 total errors.
