MANILA--It is now official.
Raymond Almazan will make his way to Meralco after a trade that also involves Rain Or Shine was approved by PBA commissioner Willie Marcial on Tuesday.
In exchange, the Elasto Painters will claim the Bolts's first round picks in the next two drafts.
Initial reports of the swap rocked the PBA fans, who were mostly fresh from voting, right on Election Day.
