MANILA—Moments after Meralco recruited Jason Brickman to its 3x3 team, TNT brought in another former Alab Pilipinas player to its own 3x3 squad.

The Tropang Giga announced on Friday that they signed Jeremiah Gray for the upcoming PBA 3x3 event.

"We signed Jeremiah Gray to a 1-year contract for the PBA 3x3 inaugural season. We would like to welcome Jeremiah to TNT Tropang GIGA 3x3," Team Manager Gabby Cui said in a statement.

Gray introduced himself to Philippine basketball when he suited up for Mighty Sports in the Dubai International Basketball Championship and the Jones Cup.

He was then seen more often when he joined Alab during the last ABL season, which was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

"We are excited to have him onboard," Cui added.

Like Brickman, the Fil-American Gray applied for the PBA Draft but was not cleared due to lack of necessary papers.

Both Gray and Brickman are expected to fly to the Philippines next week to join their respective teams.
