QUEZON CITY—Scottie Thompson hit the three-pointers that mattered in the end as Ginebra completed a fourth-quarter domination to rip TNT, 86-78, in their PBA Commissioner's Cup Christmas night game at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

In a game where the Gin Kings struggled to convert from beyond the arc, Thompson hit back-to-back clutch threes to put the game away as they outscored the Tropang Giga, 27-13, in the fourth quarter.

Christian Standhardinger led Ginebra, which joined San Miguel in fourth place at 6-3, with 22 points, 10 rebounds, six assists, and two steals.

Tony Bishop added 15 points, 12 rebounds, six assists, and one block.

Calvin Oftana made 27 points, five rebounds, two assists, three steals, and one block to lead TNT, which was forced to play all-Filipino due to Rondae Hollis-Jefferson's injury he got during their EASL game against Taipei Fubon on Wednesday night.

The Tropang Giga are now tied with the Rain Or Shine Elasto Painters for seventh place at 4-5.
