MANILA—Don Trollano's stay with NorthPort did not even last for a day.
San Miguel acquired Trollano on Monday following the approval of the trade that shipped the rights for Robert Bolick to NLEX.
The Beermen sent Allyn Bulanadi and Jeepy Faundo to the Batang Pier in exchange plus their second-round pick for the PBA Season 51 Draft, which is scheduled in 2026.
The league also announced that the 2024 second-round pick NorthPort got from the Bolick trade is the one NLEX got from Blackwater.
Because both trades were approved on the same day, the Bolick-Trollano swap essentially became a three-team trade.
Barring any hitch, Bolick could make his NLEX debut on Wednesday night against TNT at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig.
Trollano's first game with SMB could take on Friday against Ginebra at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
NorthPort will not be in action until a Dec. 20 clash against Phoenix also at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
