MANILA -- After his cited absence last March, the presence of Gerrit Holtmann will surely in the books after he was included to the 24-man squad released by the Philippine Football Federation (PFF) for their Asian Cup Qualifiers match vs. Tajikistan this June 10.
The Bundesliga veteran from VFL Bonchum will potentially play his long-awaited first official match on New Clark City Stadium at Capas, Tarlac. His absence on their routing 4-1 victory vs. Maldives was earlier anticipated due to his club's struggle from relegation and his sustained injury.
The outgoing Persib Bandung keeper, who won their championship in the Indonesian first division, Kevin Ray Mendoza will lead the team as goalkeepers together with Quincy Kammeraad and young Nicholas Guimares.

The Nationals training camp will start on June 2 with Reyes and Aguinaldo will attend after their stint in their ASEAN All Star's friendly match vs. Manchester United on May 28.
The Tajikistan national football team released also their 23-man squad which they will go first in Phenom Pehn for their friendly against Cambodia in June 5 before the main event.
Some of the players called by the Tajikistan were already familiar to the Philippine team in their last duel way back in 2024 Kings Cup where the PMNFT beat the Tajiks, 3-0, to hail in the podium finish.
