MANILA—San Miguel clobbered Titan Ultra anew in the PBA Governors' Cup with a 144-113 beating on Wednesday night at the Ynares Center 1 in Antipolo.
The Beermen pulled away for good in the second quarter, outscoring the Giant Risers, who decided to bench Joshua Munzon the entire game, 38-23 to turn a 26-27 deficit to a 64-50 lead.
Adding to Titan Ultra's woes, Bryan Sajonia injured his knee with eight minutes left in the third quarter and was stretchered out of the court.
