MAKATI—As it turns out, Blackwater was just a pit stop for Brandon Rosser.
Barely an hour after the NLEX Road Warriors announced that they traded Rosser to the Bossing, the TNT Tropang Giga joined the fray and acquired the high-flying forward.
Blackwater received Jaydee Tungcab and Justin Chua in exchange.
The Ever Bilena franchise got a first-round pick for the 2026 PBA Draft back as they now own the PLDT franchise's first-rounder.
The Bossing sent their default first-rounder to the Road Warriors in the first Rosser trade.
With the transaction getting the approval from the PBA trade committee, the Rosser trade officially became a three-team trade featuring the same three clubs that were involved in the 2022 swap that sent him, Blackwater's first overall pick that year, to NLEX.
Rosser's TNT debut could happen on the opening night of the PBA Philippine Cup on Wednesday night as they take on Rain Or Shine at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.
Blackwater faces off with Meralco in the conference opener, which could mean Tungcab and Chua could make their debut with the Bossing right at the start of the season-ending tournament.
