PBA: Fluid ball movement pushes ROS to huge win vs Terrafirma

PARAÑAQUE—Rain Or Shine banked on solid ball movement to rip Terrafirma, 116-104, in their PBA Philippine Cup game on Saturday at the Caloocan Sports Complex.

The Elasto Painters were finding their teammates in the right places, dishing 40 assists out of 42 field goals and 17 free throws in the win that continued their hot streak.

Beau Belga, the first ROS local to achieve a triple-double, came close to another 10-10-10 as he tallied 19 points, seven rebounds, and eight assists with one block and one steal as his team is now on a four-game winning run after a 0-4 start.

Andrei Caracut added 17 points, five rebounds, and 10 assists.

Stephen Holt and Juami Tiongson each tallied 20 points with Holt also flirting with a triple-double after also getting 13 assists and eight rebounds for Terrafirma, which dropped to 4-5.

Javi Gomez De Liano had his own double-double of 18 points and 10 rebounds with two assists and one steal.
